Chris Kearse

Director, Customer Service Operations

Chris directs Innovation’s Customer Service organization, working closely with each of our departments to ensure a premier customer experience, and also manages several key accounts. Before taking on his current role in 2011, Chris held key managerial positions within our Customer Service/Field Operations group as field services manager and director, field operations. In these customer-facing roles, he managed our field services team and provided hands-on support for new and existing customer sites.

Prior to joining Innovation, Chris served as business manager at the Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Study Center (PPSC), a non-profit, post-graduate school for psychoanalytic psychology training in New York City. He worked with the executive committee and student body to ensure the school had the essential information systems and business management requirements to maintain its commitment to the city’s mental health community.

Chris holds a bachelor of science degree in human development from Binghamton University.
