John Cochran

Director, Customer Service Operations

John directs Innovation’s Customer Service organization, working closely with each of our departments to ensure a premier customer experience, and also manages several key accounts. Before taking on his current role in 2016, John held key managerial positions within our Customer Service/Field Operations group as field services manager and director, field operations. In these roles, he managed our field services team and provided hands-on support for new and existing customer sites.

Prior to joining Innovation in 2012, John served as a senior field service engineer and project manager at Synergy Strategic Solutions, a wireless network solutions integrator. He worked closely with customers providing a wide range of wireless and wired network solutions for locational inventory management, VOIP, RFID, video, and security over broad indoor and outdoor environments. John also held similar field service roles in networking solutions with NWN Corporation and Versona Systems LLC.

John holds two associates of applied science degrees in networking and computer support from Coosa Valley Technical College in Georgia.
