Innovation Adds Haig Norwood to Institutional Sales Team

JOHNSON CITY, NY – October 7, 2008 – Innovation, makers of PharmASSIST® pharmacy automation solutions, today announced that Haig Norwood has joined the firm as a sales director for the firm’s Institutional sales vertical. Innovation’s Institutional sales team focuses on pharmacy technology opportunities at hospitals, outpatient clinics, mail order/closed door pharmacies, and the U.S Government. Norwood’s focus will be on the hospital market segment.

Norwood comes to Innovation with over a decade of sales, sales management, and business development experience. Most recently, Norwood was a regional sales manager with Mediware Information Systems, a leading provider of medication management solutions incorporating drug therapy management clinician order entry, medication administration, and documentation.

Norwood has also held senior-level sales and sales management positions with Cardinal Health/Alaris, ScriptPro, and i-Scribe.
